Frequently Asked Questions about Rhinefield Apartments Holiday Lets

Q. What is check in/out time?
A. Weekly rentals arrive from 4pm Sunday and depart by 10am the following Sunday. Part week lets see Terms and Conditions.

Q. Do the 2/3 Bed s/c apartments sleep more than 6?
A. Six people including infants is the maximum number we are permitted in the apartments.

Q. What is in the apartments?
A. All are fully furnished with bedding and towels provided plus a fitted kitchen inc dishwasher but not washing machine. Wireless internet is provided free of charge.

Q. Are there any kitchen supplies?
A. Kitchen towel, toilet rolls, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets but no grocery provisions.

Q. Can I book a part-week let?
A. When available, we release vacant weekly apartments for late bookings (minimum of 4 nights commencing on a Wednesday and ending on the following Sunday.

Q. Can I book a part let over the weekend to include Sunday night and depart Monday?
A. No, due to the apartments weekly changeover day being Sunday.

Q. Can we use the Indoor Health Club & other leisure facilities?
A. All apartment residents can use the facilities, subject to availability.

Q. Can we use the adjoining hotel amenities?
A. All apartment residents can use the hotel Restaurant (pre-booking), Grill Room, Lounge Bar, sun terraces and room service, subject to availability.

Q. Are there any other charges in residence?
A. Apartment residents pay for apartment telephone calls.

Q. Can we bring our dog?
A. There is a no pets policy in the apartments and grounds, except for registered disability dogs.
